Vegan Lobster Roll Recipe

Things you’ll need

half a lemon

italian roll

one can of hearts of palm

a few sheets of seaweed or sushi nori

pepper

old bay

vegan mayo

red miso

rice vinegar

celery

vegan butter

chives

Recipe

-crush up the seaweed or nori into tiny pieces. You can either crush them small with your hands, or with a grinder. Place into a large mixing bowl.

-In the same mixing bowl, put 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, squeeze half a squeeze of lemon, 1 tbsp of red miso, and 1 tbsp of old bay. Mix all together

-In a separate bowl, take your hearts of palm, with chopped celery, chopped chives, 3 tbsp of vegan mayo, 1 tbsp of old bay and mix

-Mix both of the mixtures together until blended.

-In the pan on the oven, heat up some vegan butter and toast your roll until your desired of toast.

Now your ready to put your vegan lobster roll together. Enjoy!
